1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website (stacyiackson.com, "the Site") and the associated services (Telegram bot, newsletter, content), you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Age of majority

The Site is intended exclusively for users 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Nature of the character

Stacy Iackson is a 100% AI-generated character. She is not a real person, living or deceased. The images, videos and voices are synthetic, generated with models such as Sora 2, Flux and ElevenLabs. Conversations with the Telegram bot are generated by a Large Language Model (LLM).

Any reference to "her", "Stacy", or "the character" is understood as a fictional character. There is no human behind responding to your messages.

4. Acceptable use

By using the Site and associated services you agree NOT to:

• Impersonate a minor or hold conversations involving minors in a sexual or romantic context.
• Use the content to create material that violates laws (CSAM, deepfakes of real people without consent, etc.).
• Attempt to access systems, scripts, infrastructure or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Mass-scrape the Site or the bot.
• Use the Site for fraudulent, spam or phishing activities.
• Harass, threaten, or attempt to contact the character's operator in non-professional personal contexts.

Non-compliance entails immediate banning and, if applicable, reporting to the authorities.

5. Intellectual property

All content published on the Site (images, videos, audios, text, design) is the property of the operator of the Stacy Iackson character or is used under license. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell or modify the content without written authorization.
• Use the content to train your own AI models.
• Pass off the content as your own on other platforms.

Personal and private use within the official platforms (Telegram bot, Fanvue, Instagram) is permitted in accordance with the terms of each platform.

6. Paid subscriptions

If you subscribe to any paid service (Telegram bot, Fanvue, etc.), the specific conditions of each plan (price, duration, cancellation) are governed by their respective terms. In general:

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
• You can cancel at any time from the payment platform (Stripe portal, Telegram Stars, etc.).
• Partial periods are not refunded except in cases provided for by law.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is offered "as is". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the content meets specific expectations. To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
• Decisions made by the user based on conversations with the bot (it is not professional advice).
• Technical outages of third-party providers (Telegram, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Stripe, etc.).

The bot does NOT provide medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you need these services, consult a licensed professional.

8. Emotional crises

If you are going through a serious emotional crisis, suicidal ideation or self-harm, seek professional help immediately. In Spain you can call 024 (suicide prevention helpline, 24h, free and confidential) or 112 in emergencies. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In the United Kingdom and Ireland, call 116 123 (Samaritans). The bot will redirect crisis conversations to support resources, but does not replace a professional.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will be modified. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the current terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the operator's domicile, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
